BHQMS Limited was formed in 1997 to provide a comprehensive project management and delivery service to commercial, industrial and residential sites across the south coast of England. Where required our service includes consultancy, design, planning, installation, commissioning and (where necessary) future maintenance. We have built a reputation for providing an honest, value for money and ethical service.

The range of services we offer has expanded in response to the requirements expressed by our clients. We started with a commercial/industrial property refurbishment service covering cleaning, basic redecoration, partitioning and suspended ceilings. As time passed we realised we needed the ability to deal with structural issues as we were being asked for advice on new commercial building projects along with alterations and extensions.

As building work began to expand we found we needed reliable electrical and plumbing suppliers on a regular and ongoing basis. After extensive research, we entered into ‘partnering’ agreements with those contractors who, in our opinion, offered a combination of value for money, flexibility and an overall commitment to customer support that matched our own.

Other specialist services from high-performance floor coatings to the design and installation of air conditioning and boiler systems are now an integral part of our service. In short, through steady growth, we can offer a package of services designed to create a ‘one-stop’ facility for our clients.
